NT: So, Catora has a lot of thing to talk about on this little notes that i like to leave at the beginning of each chapter, but… i keep forgetting what was i gonna talk about… i mean, it happen a lot. It already happened while i was making the ESP. Ver and now here… it is quite annoying… i should start writhing this things somewhere… oh well, there’s still like, 8 ch. left so, i might remeber it while making those, i guess… i hope…

「I’m sorry… for getting carried away like that」

Takako, who got carried away by the situation, prostrated herself on the ground burying her face in the ground while regretting what happened. Kagami, who patted her back to cheer her up, said, 「Everything went well, so don’t worry」, as he walked towards the remains of one of the destroyed Mini Messiahs.

「I’m sorry for Tina, but thanks to that we were able to safety suppress one of them, and now we can finally find out who is inside. We should get some information out of the person inside this…… That may allow us to be one step closer to saving the world」

Kagami said as he placed his hand on the hatch that was on the Mini Messiah’s chest. If there was someone inside the Mini Messiah, then they must be in there.

However, in that instant, Kagami felt an intense killing intent that made him unconsciously drop the hatch.

「Kagami-san! Hurry-…… get out of there!」

In response to that scream, Kagami looked away from the Mini Messiah towards a certain place in the sky. There was a Mini Messiah that definitely wasn’t there before, which was pointing a huge cannon-like magic weapon at him while floating in the air with a bluish light being fired from their back.

The appearance of this Mini Messiah was clearly different from the Mini Messiahs they had been fighting up to now. This one did not have a thick shell like the Mini Messiah that was in front of him, instead, they wore a thin dark armor, however, in contrast to this, the magic weapon they carried was much larger than the one the Mini Messiah they had seen so far had equipped. It was so big that the Mini Messiah that was floating in mid-air had to hold it with both hands.

Kagami, who felt an intense chill run through his entire body, quickly jumped away from where he was.

Immediately afterwards, both the place where Kagami had found himself standing, as well as the Mini Messiah that was lying there, completely disappeared without leaving any trace after being hit by the bullet fired by the magic weapon carried by the Mini Messiah that just appeared.

He didn’t noticed the arrival of that Mini Messiah until the moment they was about to launch their attack. It made absolutely no sound when it arrived, it almost seemed as if it had appeared out of nowhere. Just like an Eater•Kuijin-zoku•.

「My Lord! Get out of there ‘de gozaru!」

Oboromaru’s desperate scream echoed over Kagami’s head.

Kagami’s body froze when he noticed what was happening. Kagami, in a hurry, quickly jumped as high as he could to avoid danger. However, the new Mini Messiah that just appeared had no problem reaching him using their flying capabilities.

The new Mini Messiah that appeared moved at a speed incomparable to that of the Mini Messiahs he had fight so far. Kagami quickly ordered Oboromaru to use their power to create a foothold for him, so he could move in midair and escape danger, however, the flying Mini Messiah had no problem following Kagami, who kept jumping from one side to the other with incredible speed. Every time Kagami moved to escape the flying Mini Messiah, it comfortably repositioned themself in midair and shot out again in the direction of Kagami, whom it didn’t take long to reach and launch directly to the ground with a single blow like a fly.

Kagami, who was thrown towards the roof of an abandoned building, quickly repositioned his body at the same time that he took Oboromaru in his arms to protect them just before his back collided with the concrete building. Kagami, who hit the roof and concrete floors of the abandoned building all the way to the bottom floor, ended up receiving an considerable amount of damage.

Kagami, who felt like his organs were going to burst, could barely stay conscious as he vomited a large mouthful of blood. That flying Mini Messiah had great mobility, but more importantly, their blows were as powerful as those of the Messiah against which he fight in Salumeria.

「This…… hurts」

「My Lord, is it okay ‘de gozaru!? Let me help you ‘de gozaru!」

「Takako-chan…… I’m sorry, you saved me」

Then, after he stood up while holding onto Takako’s man, Kagami turned to the place where the 15-floors building he had fallen into was located, which had completely disappeared. All that was left was a few debris and some dust that was blown away by the wind.

「I’m sure that thing must think you’re dead now. We must seize this opportunity to escape. The others started to retreat while Kagami-chan played as a decoy」

「No, we can’t. That thing saw us. There’s no way we can run away…… Takako-chan, that thing will hunt you and the others and kill you all. I’m sure those things have acted this way because they don’t want Resistance to know about this…… So they won’t let us go」

「For now, let’s find a safe place and meet with the others. We’ll be fine…… I’m sure they won’t look for us right away」

Then, Kagami, who decided to hide even knowing that it was useless against such being, sent Oboromaru in search of the others. Then the situation progressed just as he had expected. The flying Mini Messiah that suddenly appeared did not try to chase Takako and the others, who were thinking about escaping, but began to eliminate the Mini Messiah that Kagami and the others had destroyed, with their pilots still inside of them. They were erasing all evidence of their presence in that place.
